Short description: In Lithuania, the popularity of STEM sciences among students remains low. The promotion of these sciences in formal and informal environment is important for the development of innovation, research and space in Lithuania. The EU has been preparing for the 4th technological revolution for some time, emphasizing the importance of information and communication technologies (ICT) and the adaptive potential of the education sector. The project aims to address problems of digital, social and cultural exclusion, promote STEM subjects, creativity and cultural awareness by creating an innovative service – the STEMCASpace Laboratory. The service would substantially contribute to addressing the digital exclusion and promoting STEM. VR laboratories are being developed through an innovative, modern technology-based educational program in collaboration with professionals from creative industries and formal education.
