Short description:
The overarching aim of the project was to expand the Ex Libris collection of ŠAVB and disseminate Ex Libris as part of Lithuanian cultural heritage. The project was also concerned with establishing international and interinstitutional relations in the area of culture, book research, art, anthropology, bibliophiles, educators, collectors, and everyone interested in the art of Ex Libris.
During the project a two-day international forum was organized where public discussions were held on the history of Ex Libris and its importance for Lithuanian and European culture and heritage.
One of the key achievements of the project was to become a member of the International Federation of Societies of Ex-Libris Collectors.
