When library is closed, publications borrowed from any department may be returned to self-service facilities located at the main entrance of the library (2nd floor) and at the entrance to the Children and Youth Literature department (ground floor). If publications are returned after the borrowing time has ended, the accrued penalty fee is recorded in the user’s electronic form.
